What's the best advice you've ever gotten?

The words I live by: Show up. Say what you’re going to do. Do it. Simple, right? Almost so simple it’s easy to overlook. But this mindset is powerful—it builds trust, strengthens relationships, and fuels growth in your career and beyond. It also helps you recognize what’s truly worth investing in. Struggling to “show up” in a certain area of your life? Sit with that discomfort. There’s a lesson in it.

What might we find on your desk right now?

A million sheets of paper and Post-it notes—everywhere. I might seem organized, but trust me, some parts of my life are pure chaos. My desk is covered in project notes, random ideas, and fleeting thoughts. It’s just how my brain works, and honestly, my desk is proof of that.

Who do you look up to and why?

Designing workplaces gives me the unique privilege of working with CEOs, CFOs, and leaders who genuinely care about their organizations and employees. I’ve learned so much from them and continue to look up to the best ones—those who navigate tough conversations, communicate change, inspire their teams, and make big decisions with confidence. Every client brings a new opportunity to learn, and I’m grateful for that.

What are the last five songs you’ve listened to?

Set You Free, Jack Harlow
The Freedom to F* Off, Petey USA
Coffee in the Morning, Wet
Heaven Up There, Palace
Reckless Love, Cory Asbury
